Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

I think the biggest thing you start to realize about Crossfit Loomis after a while is that it’s not about the equipment or the box, it’s about the people and the atmosphere that Dave strives to create at the box.  Even on the days I don’t feel like going, I end up there because I know there’s at least one or two other people in my same state of mind and we have a place to meet and encourage each other to become better.  I have worked out on and off my whole life.  It’s always been a part of who I am, but I have never been as strong as I am right now.  Not only physically, but mentally and emotionally.  Again, this is not because I haven’t had access to good equipment, good coaches, or the time to do it. It’s because now I have found a mix of what it really takes to keep me motivated and make me want to keep going and continually improve my whole self, not just the physical.  Crossfit Loomis is a place where you can feel comfortable finding that person you strive to be regardless of your who you are today.  Thanks Dave!
