For time: 10 Handstand push-ups 250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps 25 Box jumps, 30 inch box 50 Pull-ups 100 Wallball shots, 20 pounds, 10' 200 Double-unders Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate

some thoughts from tonight:

As I watched Donavan Ford's down to earth personality and his ease of talking about squat cleans I was reminded that he had overcome many obstacles to get to where is today. Growing up in foster care all his life, he of anyone should be giving excuses of why he can't. but instead he's an elite athlete. Top in the world.
