Thursday December 20,2012 Technique: Squat Clean

WOD:

for time and load

7 rounds 35 double unders 1 squat clean

weight must be caught in the squat position in order for load to count. If missed then it is a fail and counts as on of the 7 attempts.

Today at 5 we will have a special guest come and workout with us. His name is Donavan Ford. He is on the olympic weigtlifting team and will be there to share his story, lift, instruct, and maybe do a WOD with us. He will be accompanied by his coach and mentor Paul Doherty who also was a world class weight lifter. This will be a great opportunity to come and learn. Join us then. This may extend into the 6 pm class as well. I hope you are able to join us.
