* note* if it is raining then we will set up in teams and use rower or we will just run in the rain. a little rain and 50 degrees never killed anyone. maybe pneumonia though, haha!

It's been great to see everyone progressing in their strength and speed. I want to encourage everyone to take notes on their workouts. Times, weights, tips, etc. Imagine this- 20 people every class asking the coach what weight to use. Impossible and inefficient. Check the site and look at the wod. Plan ahead. Know how you will attack it before you get there so you are not dependent on the coach for their decision for you. Although I love to talk it through with you this is a part of the learning.

So, grab a notebook, or write down your tips and tricks in an APP that you can put on your phone.
