I was talking with a few CFLoomis members this weekend about the Body Building competition in sacramento this weekend. They were telling me that they had a conversation with a few female competitors about how and what they did. They said that they train ONE muscle a day. They asked what our members did for fitness and they told them, "CrossFit." "Oh, those short workouts?"
Don't be a DMO- Display Model Only. We train for life. Not just for good looks, in fact, looks become a by product of our training. It is not the emphasis in which we train. Good posture, health, life, mobility, future movements, better quality, stress control, functionality, ability to play with our kids, etc. This is why we train. Don't get confused. Just ask any DMO if they would like to do Fran. It should clear things up.
