WOD: 15 foot Rope climb, 5 ascents 145/115 pound Clean and jerk, 5 reps 15 foot Rope climb, 4 ascents 165/125 pound Clean and jerk, 4 reps 15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents 185/135 pound Clean and jerk, 3 reps 15 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents 205/145 pound Clean and jerk, 2 reps 15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent 225/155 pound Clean and jerk, 1 rep
*sub 4 pullups per ascent if you are unable to do rope climb* Also, you may want to wear your knee highs to protect rope burn in if you are going to be sliding down the rope.

I'm back and it's hot. Big thanks to all the coaches that helped care for us in my absence. I understand that it has been super hot! DON'T forget to HYDRATE especially if are going to be working out in the afternoon.
Half your body weight in ounces plus 16-20 oz if you are working out. Think another 16-20 oz in this heat.
But more importantly don't let the heat deter you from getting your workout in. If anything look at it as a mental toughness training. What an opportunity! how often do you get to gruel it out in this heat?! see you at the box!
