We will be trying a new addition to our repertoire on Thursdays. CFE= crossfit endurance. Our very own TRISH WARD is Crossfit Endurance certified and will be helping us develop our crossFit endurance program.

Want to run faster. more efficiently? we'll see you tomorrow. Don't worry about the heat. We bought an air conditioner that cools the gym down to the 60's.
