Don't be afraid to use lighter weight and perfect form. There will always be RX. it's not going anywhere. Don't be in a rush to hit that RX. Be in a hurry to perfect your form so that when RX comes you are ready to move so efficiently it's silly. Don't let your pride get the best of you. It will just lead to injury and frustration. I want Crossfitters that represent CF LOOMIS to be known as atheletes who care about how they are moving that weight more than how much weight they can move. Don't worry, the RX will come. You all are doing great!!! Keep up the good work.
