It's been good to go and experience another box in another state. The reality is that the majority of crossfit gyms are not what is painted in Reebok commercials or in the journal. It's good to remember that most boxes are small, rinky dink, whole in the wall, no air, no space, crowded walls, made up pullup bars, thrown together devices for carrying weight operations. I greatly appreciate what we have at CrossFit Loomis. I can really tell that this place is a quality facility with quality members really trying to move in positive directions. I will continue to do my best with programming and giving back to you ,the members, to increase fitness in all areas of life. Thank you for the opportunity. I am having a blast.
