We made it through Spring break. Ok, let's get back to it. Many of us have some event that we are preparing for in the next few months. Let's get refocused and start preparing. Here are some good programs to follow:
A. 3 times a week. MWF B. 3 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off
If you are an endurance athlete, you may want to use your rest days as your ENDURANCE days. Check crossfitendurance.com.
The next 3 weeks we will be completing the Wendler strength program (5,3,1). If you miss a lift make sure you get in here and make it up.
Also, If you need a morning class, LOOMIS can use CROSSFIT ROSEVILLE on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
*SATURDAY April 14th we will be having an "ALL BOX" wod at 8am. TRY AND MAKE IT!
