Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75,45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135,75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165,100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210,120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
We live too much in doubt, fear, anxiety. Breathe. You can do it. Stop freaking out and step forward. You must live the practice of belief as much as we train our bodies to lift and move. If we are not stepping forward we are moving backward. This is not the way it should be. We crush workouts that are before us. We lift weight. We run fast because doing "nothing" is not an option. We finish every time no matter what even if we aren't going to PR. It is an attitude of living. It's not 1 day of training that matters.
