Marriage and relationships are tough as it is. One thing to help is to find common interests that you can experience together. Crossfit has been such a positive event even in my own marriage. Pursuing health and fitness together cannot be a bad thing. It's more than just going to the "gym". It's a lifestyle that can bring great joy and fulfillment especially when you do it together.
