Ok, couple things. 1. We're all broken in now. It is time that we start perfecting our form. All week we will be reiterating the proper form on our fundamental movements. We need to know for ourselves that a pullup is not a pullup if our chin does not go past the bar and if our arms do not fully extend at the bottom for instance. It only benefits you that your form be perfect. What a great way to start the week off with TABATA. A great way to work on the standards for some basic movements.
