4 days in and your asking yourself, "what did I get myself into?" My body is sore, I'm aching all over, I can't wash my hair. Am I always going to feel this way? NO WAY! This is shock treatment. Your body has been training a certain way for a very long time and that training requires no lifting, no running, no BURPEES! it has only asked that you wake up and do normal functions like walk around, sit at a desk, go to the bathroom, go get a coffee, you get the picture. Don't worry, you made a good decision. You decided to elevate your standard of living. You decided to increase the longevity of your mobility. You decided to break PR's. You decided to push through the pain for a significantly higher gain. You must push through. Trust your coaches. We wouldn't be doing this if we didn't think this is the greatest thing ever.
