  • WEDNESDAY . 6,8,9 am . 4,5,6 pm 7pm (Ladies only)

  • THURSDAY 9-12 open gym . 4,5,6 7 pm (Ladies only)

  • FRIDAY 6,8,9 am . 4,5,6 pm

  • SATURDAY . 8 am


Doors typically open about 15 minutes prior to class start time.

Private Training for all levels is available by appointment.

Group Workouts
Group classes include a warm-up, specific movement instruction or skill work, and a workout of the day. Variety, Intensity, and functionality are the keys to ever-increasing levels of fitness. There will always be scaled versions of the workouts so all fitness levels can get an effective workout.
